Terms of Sale – Saana

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns on full-priced items within 3 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, with tags still attached and in their original condition.

Refunds are issued as store credit via a Shopify gift card, redeemable for one year.

Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Shipping & Handling

We ship both domestically within Australia and internationally.

We pack and ship with Australia Post, all items are shipped express: $15AUD flat rate.

International: International shipments are done through DHL international. $35AUD flat rate.

We pack and ship orders from 9am-4pm Monday to Friday AEST.

We aim to pack and ship orders within 1-3 days of your purchase.

Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for covering any customs or import duties if they arise.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

3. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)

Apple Pay

PayPal

Shop Pay

Afterpay (Coming Soon)

Refunds are offered as store credit, not to the original payment method.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

We aim to package all items with care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

5. Damaged Items

We do not cover damage incurred during transit.

However, we take every precaution to ensure that your items are carefully packaged and protected before shipping.

6. Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
